Renoir was one of the few impressionistic artists that actually understood lithography. He did a few but this is one from the top 4 he created.

If this litho was from the very small edition printed in 1899 with full colors, it would be selling for approximately $50,000. The image you are seeing here came from a book printed in 1951 by Mourlot Freres. The book alone is extremely rare due to the number of plates it actually contained!

I have owned the original and I have also owned this piece. Very limited lithograph. Beautifully framed and printed from the original stone plate which also has the signature of Renoir when he signed the original back in the 1890s.
