There is no name in collectibles that carries more international weight than President Abraham Lincoln.

I am offering a document that was signed in 1864 to appoint private Lewis Moore 2 the volunteer service of the civil war. This is for the 134th regiment and was required to have the presidential approval.

Here is what is unique about this piece...while many of these were hand signed and have a value of $8k to 25K, this one is a little different. Even though this is filled out by hand where needed such as the name, rank and so on...because volunteers did not need the attention of Lincoln and Seward, the document is signed in exact duplication of their signatures, they printed these for more standard appointments. This is going to make a great display piece for 1/20th of the money.

Many looking at this would not even know this signature was printed and not hand signed. Original from 1864, kept in much better condition than most and would grade a 6+/10
