Description
A mixed group of items for Ohio Public Service including an Edwards brass heart shaped lock and a brass key stamped OPS in serif font on one side and 74 on the other side. The lock appears to be frozen but there's a little bit of spring left and may be salvageable. It is the correct lock and matching key. No major damage to the body, but general nicks and dings. The chain shows moderate coating wear. Group also includes a wooden handle labeled Overhead Switch Hand from OPS 41 Oak Harbor showing general signs of use. A 6" x 3" shop plate Shop No 26267 Peckham ManFG Co. Kingston, NY. with label From truck of Ohio Public Service Toledo & Eastern #50 when scrapped at Curtice, Ohio 1968.
