Bound in custom blue leather with gilt title and date on spine, spine with 5 raised ribs, housed in a marbled board slip case, marblized end pages, original design blue cloth boards attached to inside of leather covers, blind stamped watermark seal and decoration on front and end pages by the binder, all gilt is bright, 339 pages followed by two pages of publisher's ads., and 55 pages of Macmillan's publications. The overall condition of this book is very good, binding is in FINE condition with only superficial darkening to exposed spine, tight, no leaning when stood on end, internaly, the book is very clean with pages exhibiting no staining or foxing noted. Rarely found this nice.
