Joseph Clark (1834-1926) limited edition, engraving titled Return of the Runaway after the original which was painted in 1862. It was engraved by Lumb Stocks. IP2t was published in The Art Journal in 1869. This framed piece was produced in 1880 by D. Appleton and Company on thick, heavy stock. It is double matted in a floating mat, and framed under glass. It measures 11 inches x 14 inches. This piece was acquired from a Virginia estate. , 11 inches x 14 inches, LOT REF #23-323
