Edward Arthur Wilson (American, 1886 - 1970), illustrator, lithographer, painter and woodblock artist born in Glasgow, Scotland. His family moved to Rotterdam, then to Chicago, where Wilson studied at the Art Institute of Chicago. Wilson lived in NYC and spent summers on Cape Cod. Wilson illustrated over seventy books, and well known for the Limited Editions Club commissions, lithographs and woodcuts.
