Vintage Sterling Rhinestone Demi Parure, Carl Art, Original Box, 1940's, Wedding Too. Stunning sterling Carl Art signed set with original clamshell hinged box that is tan with raised accents. The box is appx. 7.25" by 5". The inside covers has the CA arrow marker and Orignal Creation by Carl-Art as well as the foil sticker. This art deco themed setting has a necklace that is appx. 15.5" long with spring clasp. It has baguettes at the center, marquise and pear-shaped stones as well as round stones too and round stones around the neck. All clear and bright. The front piece is 3.25" wide with a 1.25" drop. The triple stone drop dangles and it is signed on the back at that point - sterling Carl Art. The earrings have a dangling curved accent with three clear rhinestones and a triple pear-shaped stud. The earrings are 1.25" long and appx. 5/8" wide at the widest point. They are marked sterling and test as sterling - the necklace weighs appx. 15.04 gr and the earrings are appx. 4.64 gr. Everything is very clean and in very good condition. There was some silver polish residue that may be seen on the photos in one area - that has been removed. Great as a bridal set or for any special occasion. There is one small mark on the cover of a charcoal mark. Otherwise this set is perfect.
