Enameled blue guilloce frame and black enameled background with silvertoene octagonal design and open work between the center sircle and te frame. It does not test as sterling. Souvenier pin from mid-century with c-clasp. It is not signed by the maker. It is appx. 7/8" tall and wide. Good condition, light wear mostly on back. (W21623.3 SS11915 J Z LD 9/28/23).
