A Scottish Victorian silver gilt agate vinaigrette, damaged; of angular barrel form, with multicoloured agate/jasper panels, a hinged cover set with a rock crystal boss, hinged cover to reveal an openwork grill. Previously glued, the panels are now coming apart. 5.8cm x 3.6cm Provenance: Maurice 'Dick' Turpin, Barons Keep, London W14. Condition Report: Care must be taken: hardstone panels moving freely – require repair.
