7.5 h x 3.125 w x 3.75 d in (19 x 8 x 10 cm)

Snuffer of hinged scissor-form with engraved sunburst framed by laurel branches. Impressed English hallmarks to each element. 11.19 ozt. (gross weight)

Provenance: Collection of Mark Anthony DeWolf Sr. (1726-1793) and Abigail (Potter) De Wolf (1725-1809), Bristol, RI | Thence by descent

This work will ship from Chicago, Illinois.
Condition
Good condition. Snuffer shows abundant signs of age and use including light scratching, impressions, and surface oxidation to steel blade. Stand with minor scuffs and some accretions from use and polishing to interior.
