Tarkay, Itzchak "Isaac" (Israeli, 1935-2012) mixed media floor wall sculpture, circa 1990. The sculpture depicts a young woman in colorful garbs sitting on a couch with her elbow leaning on a 3 dimensional red painted wood table. Made out of oil / acrylic painted sheet metal and painted wood. Signed "Tarkay" to the lower left hand corner. A rare work of the artist that serves as both decorative and functional.

Itzchek Tarkay was born on the Yugoslav-Hungarian Border in 1935. He created art inspired by the Impressionistic and Fauvism periods.
