Alice Gertrude Seely Eller was the daughter of Fred Loring Seely (American, 1871-1942), an American newspaperman, chemist, inventor, and philanthropist who built and founded the Grove Park Inn with his father-in-law and purchased the Biltmore Estate Industries from Edith Vanderbilt in 1917.
Inherited through the Seely Family, Asheville, North Carolina.
