Pair of vintage A.C. Gilbert Erector No. B Accessory Sets, each housed in its original red-painted wooden case with black stenciled lettering and brass hardware. Interiors feature fitted black trays with red lattice girders, large metal wheels, gears, and "Erector" parts boxes. One set includes the original instructions, which shows notable wear with pages partially chewed and torn from age and exposure to critters. Both sets have not been collated for completeness and are being sold with what is shown. Wooden boxes display surface wear, scuffing, and edge losses consistent with age. Each wooden case measures approximately 21.5 x 8.5 x 3 inches. Fine early examples of Gilbert's accessory line from the 1930s. From the remarkable lifetime Collection of Michael Kent.
