A woman walking through a beating wind. A strong wind is stimulating to children, it enlivens the streets. Children are absorbed with raising kite. They don't care how they look or how their clothes look. A lady gets caught in an entangled kite string. She is started and the child owner of the kite protests in a wonderfully captured moment of the street scene. The concept of the girl is sincere, not vulgar. She is not meant to be a nude perfunctorily clothed. The graceful movement of her limbs is as natural as the winds. I don't think it too far-fetched to compare this masterpiece with Botticelli's "Birth of Venus".
