Late Taisho (1920s) Japanese scroll painting in ink and colors on paper of a flock of 9 cranes in flight after Tani Buncho (1763 – 1841). Beautifully captured spirit of joy of flight, excellent quality painting, fine silk brocade mounts. Signed and sealed by the artist. Painting size 49 x 16 inches, scroll size 79 x 22 inches.
