Natural Burmese jadeite with green floating flowers, matched with a purple tassel. Carved by the relief technique, the ruyi head is carved with lotus leaf patterns and the handle with auspicious cloud patterns; the moist jadeite texture and concise, smooth carving conform to the auspicious implication style of Qing imperial ruyi scepters. Qianlong Period of the Qing Dynasty (18th century).
