This incredibly rare beautifully intact walnut wood sewing caddy from the 1800's is every bit as stunning and useful today as it was 130+ years ago. Features a velvet pin cushion on top lid, and also thread bobbin stakes on inner top level of caddy to help keep thread organized. Best feature of the thread organization? there are 6 total holes for thread to be pulled out of, and each hole is ensconced in carved bone. Raised pointed spires give this storage caddy a castle-like quality to it, and the drawer on base easily pulls out and can hold a generous amount.

This antique box remains in good condition especially 130+ year age.
