17th-18th century, Orthodox rite. Silvered bronze, just over 1 1/4" (1.32”) in height plus the elegant suspension loop. Relief decoration with raised borders and cross with Cyrillic inscriptions at the beam terminals. Reverse with raised edge and Cyrillic inscriptions. Exceptional preservation with crisp detail intact. Professionally refurbished with the silver surface restored and on an 18” modern Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear.
