Description
Silvered bronze. Shield shaped, specifically as a horseman's or knight's shield with substantial coverage at the top and tapering to lay along with the horse's girth. The center with a stylized medial ridge. The shape and the motif are both heraldic images drawn from the family arms of the owner and would distinguish her as a member of the noble class. Just under 1" height plus the suspension loop. Professionally refurbished with the silver surface restored on a Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear.
