Ford Model T Kerosene Carriage Lamp. It is in good condition. It has a small ding on the backside near the bottom of the fuel tank. The paint is chipping in areas, and it appears to have been repainted as it is an uneven paint job (thick in areas, globs, drips, etc.), and there appears to be paint on the glass lens in spots. Based on my research it appears that the turn knob for the fuel adjustment is broken off, and is also painted over, indicating further that it has been repainted. The shaft that remains for the fuel adjustment turns slightly. There is some rust and oxidation in the areas where the paint has chipped off. The inside of the lamp is dirty and oxidized, and the wick is gone. The door with the lens opens and closes smoothly, and latches closed firmly. The glass is in good condition with no damage, but some scratching and heavy grime. It measures 9 1/2 tall by 4 1/2 wide by 6 deep.
