Size 7 1/2. 5.4mm width with rounded face. Fine dark red/brown copper patina with minor encrustation from burial. Vikings were expert metallurgists. The use of pure copper is rare and suggests a supernatural significance as alloys were much more durable. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Vikings exchanged rings on the pommel of the groom's sword. Rare wearable size.
