Over 5/8" width. Natural form heart of high domed section centered, with high serpentine edge and nubs at the quarter points describing a saltire. Well preserved with the intricate detail intact. The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature. Professionally refurbished with the silver overlay restored. On a Sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
