This Neon Rose issue promotes the appearance of Junior Wells & His Chicago Blues Band at the Matrix. The Neon Rose was Moscoso's personal venture in which he implemented the creation, sale, and promotion of his artwork. Many of the posters, including this one, were created for shows at the historic Matrix club.
