In addition to promoting concerts at the Matrix Victor Moscoso's Neon Rose series also included commissions for posters advertising special events and art exhibitions. This poster was shown in October 1967 at the new North Park location of Neiman Marcus, a chain of luxury department stores headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
