Bush, including a Breakfast Menu in honor of His Excellency Álvaro Uribe Vélez, President of the Republic of Colombia, and a Luncheon Menu honoring His Excellency Ali Abdullah Saleh, President of the Republic of Yemen. Each elegant cream menu features the embossed presidential seal in gold and crossed U.S. and guest nation flags printed beneath. The breakfast menu offers selections such as champagne mangoes, honeydew, and poached eggs with applewood bacon and béarnaise sauce, while the luncheon features asparagus agnolotti, lamb loin “sous vide,” and honey cake with orange frosting.
