Rolex made some truly interesting watches in the 1960s and 1970s. The present example, made in 1969, has an unusual Florentine-finished silver dial and a period-correct aftermarket sterling silver bracelet added to the 18K white gold case. The bracelet has a moire texture and is extremely appealing. This watch appears to never have been worn, which combined with the style and price point, make it a real value proposition.
