Introduced in 1989, just after the famous Cartier Panthere, the Cougar offered a similar look and feel in a round watch. It was always rarer than the Panthere and is still undervalued. The present example, in gold with diamond pave and a lovely mother-of-pearl dial is an extremely stunning timepiece and a true bargain for a solid gold Cartier.
• Condition: Dial is in excellent condition. Case is very good, with signs of polishing. Diamonds on inner bezel are factory. Diamond pave has been customized on the outer edge. Movement is running at time of cataloging. Overall, the present example is in very good condition.
