A 19th century overshot coverlet in the Church Windows motif, woven in red, black, cream, and green. Constructed of two panels sewn together, the textile displays a pleasing aged patina and strong geometric symmetry characteristic of early American weaving. Measures approximately 99″ H x 70″ W. Exhibits age-appropriate wear with some loss to the weave consistent with time and use.
