Vintage 14kt Amethyst Ring, Sz. 5.5, Rectangular, Signed RL. Appx. 1.5 ctw This has the look of an Art Deco ring. The stone is flush set in a rectangular bezel setting with cut corners. The amethyst is appx. 8mm by 6mm.The frame around the stone is slightly lower than the bezel and has a zigzag patterin the frame. The top of the ring is appx. 11mm down the finger and 9mm across the finger. It is set with a white gold frame with a few slit openings. The ring is 14kt white gold and signed BL. Weight of the righ is papx. 2.40 gram. The band is appx. 3.3mm at top shoulders with gold on the front and back sides of the band at the point. It tapers down to appx. 1.2mm at the back of the finger. Age is estimated and 1940's or earlier. (W6422.13X2 SS J LD 6/18/22).
