EUROPEAN CHILD'S RING C1350-1450 SIZE 3 1/2

Description

Gilt bronze, size 3 1/2 with well rounded face, 4.0mm width. Made with a core filling the inside which distributed the flowing metal and allowed for slower cooling. The core was then laboriously removed by hand and the inside of the ring polished. Remnants of the core are clear inside the ring. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Probably for child of about 3-5 years old. Rings for children were a luxury available to the noble and royal classes only. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
