
**Dreyse Model 1907 Pistol
.32 ACP. 3.6" barrel length. SN: 192994. Blued metal finish with replaced clear synthetic grip mounting fixed front blade and rear notch sights. Simple blowback operated striker fired autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Left frame is marked DREYSE/Rheinische Metallwaaren & Maschinenfabrik/ABT. SOMERDA. Item shows the {Crown/N} proof o the left frame, and {Crown/Gothic Letter} stamp to the right. Forward gripstrap displays unit marking 455. R. 6. 34., indicating it was likely issued to the 455th Infantry Regiment's Company 6. Serial numbers match on the bolt, barrel, and frame. The magazine that comes with the handgun is not an original Dreyse magazine, and has had a latch cut into the rear strap, which fails to positively lock with the magazine latch. {C&R}

Condition
Fair. Bore is Frosty with some grease residues, patina, and crisp rifling. Frame flanks have been buffed to remove rust, leaving pitting on both sides, some scattered light pitting over the barrel and slide, a mottled gray to brown patina dominating. Grips with some scratches and oil residues. Magazine fails to latch consistently, and fits excessively tightly. Cocking indicator threads stripped.
