Elegant early 20th-century Louis XV style bureau plat writing desk featuring kingwood inlay, figural bronze ormolu mounts, and a cognac tooled leather top with gilt detailing. Designed with three functioning front drawers and decorative faux drawers to the reverse, allowing for freestanding placement. Marked Made in Romania. A refined European revival desk ideal for a library, study, or executive office.
