Late 19th century women’s belt buckle featuring a filigree brass gilt frame accented with blue enamel panels hand-painted with rose motifs, executed in the Rococo style. Designed to secure a belt or sash. One component measures approx. 2" H x 1 1/2" W. In good antique condition with general wear; one section of enamel loss present.
