
Description
(1894-1976) General of the Heer, and convicted war criminal, he assisted in developing some of the military invasion plans of Poland, France, and Russia. Warlimont was wounded during the Wolfs Den attempted assassination of Hitler and was one of the few recipients of the July 20th Wound badge. He was convicted of War Crimes for drafting the Barbarossa Jurisdiction Order, which allowed the murder of civilians on the pretext of counteracting partisan activity, and the order to execute Russian political Commissars on sight.
