Signed Eagle Court of Honor graduation program issued by the Boy Scouts of America, dated 1971. Program measures 8.5 x 11 inches and is signed neatly in blue ballpoint pen by Neil Armstrong on the front cover. Signed just two years after the Apollo 11 moon landing during a limited period of public appearances.
