1968 Goebel porcelain figurine depicting Ringo Starr from Yellow Submarine, produced during the original late-1960s Beatle collectible era. Standing approximately 8.5" tall, this example represents a pre-production prototype version.

Unlike the standard retail release figures, this prototype lacks the psychedelic hand-painted decoration applied to the commercial production models. Form and sculptural details are otherwise consistent with the limited 1968 production run issued for the American market.

Impressed on the underside with "BULL 307" to the right foot and "1968" to the left, along with the blue three-line "? by / W. Goebel / W. Germany" mark. Condition is Near Mint, with no noted chipping; glaze remains glossy with light age-appropriate surface crazing and minor discoloration.
