This is a vintage Smirnoff de Czar Special Reserve Vodka bottle, specifically a replica of the bottles used by the Russian czars.
This special edition was produced between 1980 and 1982.
It is known as a "Bethel decanter" style. The bottle design was based on one used at the Russian Court at the end of the 19th century.
It is also famous for its appearance in the movie Blade Runner.
Use as a vodka decanter or display.
