Southern plains, circa 1860s early 1870s, native beaded on oak dyed commercial saddle hide with native tanned fringe. The beaded strip formed with four rectangular panels of navy, blue and red on a white ground. Original, blue-dyed fringe extends from the lower edge. 8 ½, 11 in. with fringe.
