Description

A Possible 1825-proofed US Military/Militia "R Ashmore" .69 caliber Percussion Conversion Flintlock Musket in good condition with a dark bore. Simple conversion using the original flintlock hammer and a flashpan nipple. Very similar to earlier "Committee of Safety Muskets" from the New England region. The action appears to function properly with heavy patina to the original finish. Barrel measures 42".
