A stunning 3-piece Mid Century Modern bedroom set manufactured by West Michigan Furniture Co. circa late 1950's early 1960's. This rare set includes: Highboy dresser with 3 drawer shadow- box on top and five full width drawers with original aluminum pulls, top drawer features dividers, and raised tapered legs. Stamped factory numbers 416/417 on back of each. This line embodies the sleek modernist aesthetic often attributed to Paul McCobb and the American Danish movement- clean lines, raised legs, integrated pulls, and functional storage layouts- all executed in richly toned walnut veneer over hardwood construction.
Condition: Very good vintage condition original finish on dresser shows minimal wear, minor scratch marks, small corner ding at right top and slight scuffing at legs. nightstand tops have been refinished, there are some dings under drawers, see pictures as part of the description.
