(1891 - 1935) NSDAP Gauleiter Bayerische Ostmark, SA Gruppenfuhrer and bavarian minister of culture. Excellent S.P. 3 1/2 x 5 1/2" half-length postcard photo in S.A. uniform, signed in ink at left. Also signed on recto in pencil by Willy Marschler (1893-1952) German politician in Thuringia and SA Obergruppenfuhrer. Letter in another hand on verso describes a rally Marschler attended and notes his complaint about the German youth not wanting to discuss politics and the fact that he and Schemm were 'two ugly chaps'. Fine.
