Advertising the 2nd annual Christmas Party at Sokol Hall this is only the third example of this Handbill we have ever offered. Big Brother featuring Janis Joplin put together this event in December of 1967 at this tiny venue in San Francisco. The artist is unknown; however, this Original Handbill exhibits appealing graphics for an early Janis piece. Five days later, the band embarked on a New Years run of 3 shows in a row at Winterland Arena.
