A high-quality set of beds crafted with the dramatic scale and ornate detail characteristic of the Baroque taste. Each bed features massive turned posts decorated with intricate vegetal motif relief carvings, terminating in large, dimensional pineapple-form hospitality symbolism finials. The headboards are anchored by a prominent central crest motif, further emphasizing the regal aesthetic. The frames are supported by substantial legs ending in traditional hairy paw feet and finished in a rich, dark patina. These pieces offer a significant presence and a masterfully executed blend of classical motifs. They measure approximately 69 1/2" H x 43" W x 76" D. Both are in good condition with little visible wear.
