A large triple-decker mantle or shelf clock featuring Verre Églomisé reverse-painted panels depicting architectural plantation scenes. The hand-painted dial displays traditional Roman numerals, and the interior retains its original Forestville Manufacturing Co. labels. The weight-driven movement is housed in a rich, deep red flame mahogany case with turned columns, a molded cornice, escutcheons, and a beautiful aged patina. Measures approximately 36 1/2'' H x 20 1/8'' W x 6 5/8'' D. Minimal wear with overall good condition; timekeeping capabilities are untested.
