Walter Taft Bradshaw (1933-2021) was a North Carolina artist born in Wilmington who studied at the NC State University School of Design. He spent 30 years working as a landscape architect in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After retiring and relocating to Boone, North Carolina, he devoted himself to painting and became known for his boldly colored abstract works and vibrant still lifes.
