Carved from bluestone with mineral pigments and traces of gilding remaining, featuring a dense and ancient patina. Crafted using round carving and bas-relief techniques; Guanyin is depicted in a relaxed seated posture on a lotus base, supported by a large Buddha’s hand behind.
