Evans Pottery and Others, 20th/21st Century. This collection features three handmade stoneware mugs, including one from the renowned Evans Pottery in Arden, North Carolina. Founded by Evan and Madeline Brown, the studio is celebrated for its signed functional art pottery; this example is finished in a rich sienna brown glaze. The set also includes two additional mugs finished in deep brown glazes. One measures approximately 3 7/8" H x 3 1/2" W x 3 5/8" D. The mugs are in overall good condition, with some abrasions noted on the lip of the smallest rounded mug.
