An early 20th century Jacques Chiming hall clock retailed by Max Gelula, Atlantic City. 8-day weight driven movement with quarter hour chiming on six tubular bells, circular Silvered dial with engraved detail and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, "Silent/Hour Str", "Silent/Chime" and "Westminster/Trinity" subsidiary dials, Bi-metallic lyre pendulum, serial #303014. Mahogany Neoclassical style case with an arched, molded crown over a single arched door frame flanked by turned fluted columns on a stepped plinth base with flattened bun feet. Older finish with minor wear, running when cataloged. 87" high overall. ESTIMATE $800-1,200
