A late 19th century Gilbert Drop Octagon model Calendar schoolhouse clock. 8-day time and strike movement with painted metal dial, Roman/Arabic numerals and simple calendar. Rosewood case with octagonal molded top and molded Brass door over a short drop with hinged door. Interior paper label 80% intact. Old finish with some wear, some loose and repaired veneer on drop, running when cataloged. 22 1/2" high. ESTIMATE $100-150
