04.21.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 2260: I note that the commode stands sturdy, with splits throughout both side panels that appear to remain stable, the veneer exhibits tonal variations associated with fading and spotting, as well as typical minor veneer chips commensurate with age and use, the marble top is free from observed hairlines/ fractures, with typical small chips along the edges consistent with use, drawers operate smoothly and retain overall well-kept/ clean interiors
